The Kayo judge was a passion project of mine. After being inspired by the games and cinematics produced by riot games, i decided to try my hand at modeling a weapon skin in the style of one of my favorite agents, KAY/o.

Inspiration & Concept
After seeing the Deadlock inspired Phantom in a former battlepass, I thought it would be awesome to see other primary weapons styled after agents. Being an initiator main, kay/o seemed like the obvious choice. since he's holding the judge in a lot of concept art, i decided to paint a rough mock-up of the design and start modeling!

Process
After creating the concept, I roughed out the model in blender, iterating on the original design. I then took it into Zbrush to create the high poly mesh, before going back to blender for retopology. I created the textures in substance painter, hand painting the wear and tear. Finally, I took it back to blender one last time to create the final renders.
